EMT was established in 1981 in Sacramento, CA and currently operates corporate offices in Nashville, Tennessee and Folsom, California. EMT has enjoyed a more than15 year history partnering with  TDMHSAS to help advance the effectiveness of prevention, treatment, and recovery support services systems and to promote positive behavioral health and wellness among Tennesseans.
